Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the winnox website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.

winnox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use after any changes are published will be considered the user's acceptance of the amended terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use winnox services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Be located in a place where online gambling activities are not entirely prohibited under local law.
• Not be on the list of individuals who have self-excluded from betting platforms.
• Not be registering as an agent, professional or party representing another individual without written authorisation from winnox.

Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — using different names, phone numbers, identity card details or banking information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any existing balances.

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. False or misleading information will result in account closure, and winnox reserves the right to hold any related funds while an investigation is carried out.

Password & Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. winnox recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters — and changing it regularly. Do not share your login details with anyone.

Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to our customer support within a reasonable timeframe. winnox is not liable for losses arising from a compromised account caused by the account holder's own negligence.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the winnox customer support team via live chat or email immediately so your account can be temporarily suspended.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

winnox accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM20.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by our team.

winnox reserves the right to require users to undergo an identity verification process (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Documents that may be required include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

winnox offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated alongside the relevant offer, including wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.

The winnox welcome bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit of up to RM888. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your account balance is RM200 and you must reach RM2,500 in wagers (RM100 × 25) before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings.

There is also the winnox VIP programme with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each offering higher weekly cashback as you move up to the next tier. Weekly cashback starts at up to 0.2% for Bronze members and increases to up to 0.8% for Diamond members.

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering within the winnox platform and cannot be transferred.
• winnox reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void winnings if misuse or exploitation of the bonus system is proven.
• If there is any discrepancy between a translation or summary of bonus terms, this official Malay-language version is the definitive one.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the winnox platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure outcomes are fair and cannot be manipulated. Game results that have been determined are final and cannot be contested except on grounds of a provable technical failure.

Users are strictly prohibited from using any automation software, bots, hacking tools or unauthorised techniques to gain an unfair advantage in games. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of statistical programs that interact directly with the platform, or any method that disrupts the integrity of the games.

If a technical failure occurs, such as an internet disconnection during a game, winnox will use server records to determine the valid outcome. In cases that cannot be resolved, the bet in question may be voided and the funds returned to the user's account balance.

Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

The following actions are prohibited on the winnox platform and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Using another person's account without authorisation or collaborating with other users to exploit the bonus system.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds obtained illegally.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support staff.
• Using racist, offensive, or threatening language or behaviour in any interaction with the platform.

In cases where winnox suspects fraud or illegal activity, we reserve the right to freeze the account and hold funds while an investigation is carried out. winnox is not liable for any losses incurred by the user as a result of these actions if the investigation finds that a breach of terms has occurred.

Limitation of Liability

winnox provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every specific requirement of the user.

Under no circumstances will winnox be liable for loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, indirect losses, or any consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. The maximum liability of winnox to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Users acknowledge that online gambling involves real financial risk. Every betting decision made is entirely the responsibility of the user, and winnox is not liable for any financial losses incurred.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the winnox website — including designs, graphics, logos, text, programs, and software — is the exclusive property of winnox or its licensors. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from winnox.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding winnox services, you are required to contact our customer support team first via 24/7 live chat or email. We aim to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the licensing body that regulates winnox. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winnox holds its operating licence. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in that location.
